1/2 cup sugar substitute
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup egg substitute

3/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
1/4 cup canola oil
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
Topping
1 teaspoon cinnamon
