First cut the fruits into smaller pieces and set aside (peaches with their skin, all ingredients preferably organic)

Pour the milk and yogurt in the blender and turn it on.

Add the peaches, strawberries, and the banana to the blender slowly (taste a little of each fruit before putting it in to make sure they taste good).

Add the vanilla extract and the protein powder and squeeze the half orange into the blender and let it blend until smooth.

Transfer the smoothie with the blender jar into the freezer and leave it for 60 minutes until its mildly frozen.
