Ingredients: 2 pie crusts, thawed; 2 pints fresh blueberries; 1 tablespoon lemon juice; 1 cup sugar; ¼ cup flour; ¼ teaspoon cinnamon; ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg; ground cloves, dash; 2 tablespoons butter; 1 egg yolk
