FOR THE DRESSING:
1 cup Coconut Milk (not Light)
1/4 cups Fresh Lime Juice (about 2 Limes) + Zest From One Of The Limes
2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoons Garam Masala (in The Spice Aisle)
1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoons Freshly Grated Ginger (optional)
1/8 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
