French Bread(Serves 100)

   Slice, cut bread into 3/8-inch slices.

   Dip into egg and milk mixture, just long enough to wet the slices.

   Drain off excess milk then drop slices into deep cooking oil (340u00b0 to 350u00b0) and fry until bread becomes slightly browned.
