Fred'S Untossed Salad

   Basically, use whatever you have, the greater the variety the better.

   Cut all ingredients into 1/4 to 1/2-inch squares or cubes. Layer them in a large wooden bowl.

   Lettuce on the bottom and any variety on top, layer on layer in an interesting and alternative manner.

   Serve with tongs, going down side of bowl to bring out all ingredients in a mixed manner to serving bowls.

   Have a variety of dressing on side.
