Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup ripened black olives; 1 lb bulk sausage; 1/2 cup carrots sliced; 6 cup chopped cabbage; 1 small onion chopped; 2 tbsp baking powder; 4 large eggs; 1 cup grated parmesan cheese; 1 cup cheddar cheese in chunks; 1 tsp granulated garlic powder; 1 tsp seasoned salt; 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin; 1 tsp ground black pepper; 2 tbsp tomato paste

1 1/2 cup ripened black olives
1 lb bulk sausage
1/2 cup carrots sliced
6 cup chopped cabbage
1 small onion chopped
2 tbsp baking powder
4 large eggs
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese in chunks
1 tsp granulated garlic powder
1 tsp seasoned salt
2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp tomato paste

Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit

Heat oil in a pan add the carrots and cabbage and saute till soft add the salt.

Add pepper.

Let cool.

Brown the sausage and onions in a pan.

Let cool add tomato paste

In a bowl mix the parmesan cheese, baking powder, and eggs.

Mix the egg mixture with the sausage and onions, cabbage, and add olives.

Add half the mixture to the loaf pan or equivalent.

Add half the cheddar cheese

Fill the pan up and top with the rest of the cheddar cheese

Bake in oven 45 minutes or till done.

Let sit 15 minutes.
