Fragrant Sesame Arugula Sauce

   Wash and drain the arugula, lightly roast the white sesame seeds and let cool.

   Put all the ingredients in an electric mixer and blend until it all comes together.

   Caution: Put the sesame seeds at the very bottom.

   If you stick them on top, it will become grainy.

   If the sauce becomes too thick, add a little olive oil at a time while keeping an eye on it.

   Add salt to taste and enjoy.

   If you make arugula paste, it'll become more bitter.
