   Put all the ingredients except for the corn in a bowl and mix.

   Once mixed, add the corn.

   Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add some of the mixture, stirring with chopsticks as you go.

   Bring it all together with a spatula over low heat.

   Add the rest of the mixture on top and fry for a while.

   Turn it over, allow it to cook, and it's done.
