For Valentine's Day! Really Easy Soft Chocolate Truffles

   Crumble the Castella cake into small pieces by hand and sprinkle with rum.

   Heat heavy cream in the microwave and add the chopped chocolate.

   The chocolate should easily melt.

   Add the chocolate into the castella and combine well.

   Drop heaping tablespoons of the chocolate mixture onto a small sheet pan and chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.

   Shape the chocolate into balls with your hands and dust with cocoa powder.

   It's really easy!
