Foolproof Bake-A-Long Custard

   Mix eggs, milk powder, sugar, salt and vanilla.

   Blend well and stir in hot water.

   Pour into custard

   cups or large baking dish.

   If desired, sprinkle with nutmeg.

   Place in pan of hot water and bake at 350u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until a silver knife inserted in center comes out clean.
