Put all ingredients into a heatproof container.

Microwave until it's warm to the touch (about 40 seconds).

Combine the bread flour and dry yeast in a bowl.

Add the mixture from Step 1 and stir with a chopstick or a spoon.

Once the dough comes together, add the butter and salt.

Using the palm of your hands, press the dough without taking it out of the bowl.

Stretch, fold, and knead for 15 minutes until you can spread it out thinly.

Grease the rice cooker with olive oil or butter to prevent the dough from sticking.

Place the dough inside, and turn on the warming setting for 10 minutes.

Turn it off, and let sit for 30 minutes for the first rising.

The dough should be two to three times its original size once the first rising is complete.

Take out the whole rice cooker.

Press the dough down with your hands to punch out the air.

Divide into 5-6 equal portions and roll them up into a ball.

Put the dough back into the rice cooker, and repeat Step 4 for the second rising (warming setting for 10 minutes, turn it off, and let sit for 30 minutes).
