Ingredients: 2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts,; 1/2 cup of Tequila; 1 Zest of 1 lime; 1 Juice of 1 Lime; 1/4 tsp Cumin; 1/4 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp garlic powder; 1/4 tsp onion powder; 1/4 cup Olive oil; 10 Leaves of cilantro; 1 pinch of Red Pepper Flakes; 1/2 cup mayonnaise; 1 Just of half a lemon; 10 leaves of cilantro; 1 Monterey Jack cheese; 1 Sauteed Green peppers and Onions; 1 Tomato

2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts,
1/2 cup of Tequila
1 Zest of 1 lime
1 Juice of 1 Lime
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup Olive oil
10 Leaves of cilantro
1 pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Just of half a lemon
10 leaves of cilantro
1 Monterey Jack cheese
1 Sauteed Green peppers and Onions
1 Tomato

Mix together your marinade, excluding the chicken breasts.

If you are using thick chicken breasts I propose cutting in half or pounding down into a thinner piece.

Put chicken breasts into the marinade and let sit overnight covered in the fridge.

When you are ready to cook you can decide which way you want to cook your chicken.

You can cook in a skillet on med-high heat for approximately 4 minutes a side, Grill for approximately 4 minutes a side, or bake in a 350F oven for about 15-20 minutes, or whenever your chicken is fully cooked.

While the chicken is cooking you can sautee your peppers and onions, if you desire to add them to your dish.

Mix up your mayo and have ready for assembly.
