Flora's Pork BBQ on Corncakes Appetizer

   Cook roast in a crockpot in about 2 cups of water on low for about 8 hrs.

   Once roast is cooked take out of crockpot and dispose of water from inside of the pot.

   Shred up your roast, discarding any fat, and place back inside your crockpot

   Place inside a bottle of bbq sauce and mix together.

   Allow to warm up while you make corn cakes per the following recipe.

   Use the following recipe to make your Corncakes.

   I made mine big as a main dish, but if you make them small you can make them bitesized.

   Top the pork on top of the Corncakes and drizzle with some more bbq sauce.

   I topped mine with coleslaw for a little crunch.
