Flora's Cauliflower Crust Pizza

   Using a box grater, food processor, or blender, shred a head of cauliflower thinly.

   Then place in a microwave safe bowl and cook for 15 minutes.

   Add both eggs and half the bag of cheese and combine.

   Spread half of the cauliflower mixture on a greased pizza pan.

   Bake in a 420F oven for 15 minutes, or until golden in color

   Spread your pizza sauce on both pizzas along with the rest of the cheese.

   Add your desired toppings.

   I used turkey pepperoni and jalepenos on one pizza, and mushrooms on the other.

   Place back in the oven until it comes out nice and crispy and bubbily!
