2 ounces Mint Soda
1 mint sprig plus 1 jarred marasca cherry skewered on a pick with 1 lemon wheel, for garnish
1 pineapple leaf, for garnish (optional)

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add all of the remaining ingredients except the Mint Soda and garnishes and shake well.

Fine-strain into a chilled, ice-filled collins glass, then stir in the Mint Soda.
