1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
5 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. allspice
8 c. water
2 (16 oz.) cans dark red kidney beans
