1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. finely crushed saltine cracker crumbs (14 crackers)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. cooked rice
2 oz. process Swiss cheese, shredded (1/2 c.)
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
