4 teaspoon olive oil
1 / 4 teacup yoghurt
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic
3 / 4 teaspoon salt
fresh ground black pepper to taste
3 / 4 teacup ground dried bread
1,5 teaspoon mustard seeds
1,5 teaspoon coriander seeds
1,5 teaspoon cumin
1,5 teaspoon sesame

In a small bowl mix 2 teaspoon olive oil, yogurt, mustard, pressed garlic, salt and pepper.
