Figs With Zabaglione (Italian Custard)

   Preheat the oven to 250 Celsius.

   Cut the figs into halves and place, cut side up, onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

   Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with rosemary.

   Bake for 5 minutes, until they begin to caramelize. Remove from the oven and place onto a serving dish.

   Whisk the eggs together with the honey over a double boiler until creamy.

   Spoon the custard over the figs and serve.
