1 large onion
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans
1 tsp. chili powder
5 drops hot sauce
1 (15 oz.) can chili con carne
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese or shredded cheese

Saute onion and garlic lightly in salad oil in a large skillet; push to one side.

Brown beef in same skillet.

Stir in tomatoes, beans, chili, salt, hot sauce and chili powder; heat to boiling.

Line pan with part of the tortillas.

Cover with about 1/3 of the sauce.

Continue to layer tortillas and sauce until used up.

Cover with cheese.

Bake in 400u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Serve bubbling hot.
