   Cut bacon into chunks.

   Drain off all but 2 tbsp bacon fat.

   Add cream and paprika, stir until combined.

    Place egg and egg yolk in a bowl with 1 oz of the cheesecheese whisk 'til combined.

    Cook fettucini in boiling salted water 10-12 minutes or until done.

    Drain, return to pot with butter until combined.

    Add bacon crem mixture, toss til combined.
