Ingredients: 1 lb fettuccine pasta; 1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine; 2 garlic cloves, minced; 1/4 cup white wine; 1 cup sour cream; 1 cup whipping cream; 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg; 2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley; 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated; salt and pepper

1 lb fettuccine pasta
1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup white wine
1 cup sour cream
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
salt and pepper

Cook the fettucine in boiling salted water until just cooked or al dente (until somewhat firm texture is reached).

Drain well.

Melt the butter in a large skillet.

Saute the garlic for 1-2 minutes over very low heat.

Add wine to butter& garlic.

Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the sour cream, whipping cream, nutmeg and italian parsley.
