Fast-Acting 3-Way Juice Drink

   Chill citrus fruits first before juicing. You can use a manual twisting juicer; or squeeze the juice with your bare hands. I prefer the first method since it gets most of the juice from the fruits. Roll the fruit gently against the counter to break the membranes before cutting in half. It'll be easier to juice this way.

   Start juicing the fruits into a tall glass. Sweeten with honey. Add a dash of salt to enhance the flavor. Add the mint and the ice. Pour in the soda water last, up to the rim of the glass.
