Fasolakia Me Patates (green beans and potatoes)

   Break ends off beans.

   Peel potatoes and quarter them length ways.

   Dice onion.

   In large pot, heat olive oil on high.

   Mince garlic into oil and stir.

   Add diced onions and stir for about 1 minute.

   Lower heat to just below medium.

   Add green beans and stir.

   Put lid on pot for about 5 minutes.

    Then add water, stir and put lid on for 5 minutes.

    Add potatoes, tomatoes and white wine.

    Stir and put lid on for 20 minutes.

    Continue to stir every 20 minutes until potatoes are soft.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    If you find there isn't enough liquid in the pot, lower heat, add a little more olive oil and stir.
