Chop finely the garlic and add it to the shrimp which are soaking in lime juice and the finely cut up chili peppers.

High heat for the frying pan. Cook the shrimp for about

2 mins, if too long they become rubbery.

Once cooked pour the shrimp and lime juice into a bowl and let sit.

While the Farfalle boils - 13 minutes. Peel the par boiled cherry tomatoes and cut in half keep ready in a bowl. Sprinkle one teaspoon of sugar directly onto the tomatoes.

Drain well the Farfalle and place into a large bowl.

Pour the shrimp, chili and lime juice into the Farfalle, follow with Thyme (I used about 2 tablespoons). Add the sugared cherry tomatoes and Parmesan cheese to suit your taste.

If the mixture looks to dry...I added another couple of tablespoons of olive oil over the whole shebang, salt to taste...and voila. Enjoy
