Fancy Pants Cheese Logs

   Soften the butter and cream cheese.

   Chop the jalapenos and chives using a food processor or by hand.

   If you want to remove the jalapeno seeds, you can, but its definitely better with them in!

   Mix the butter, cream cheese, chopped jalapenos and chives in a bowl until blended.

   Using plastic wrap, put about 1/2 of the mixture into a sheet of plastic wrap and form a log.

   Repeat with second 1/2 of mixture.

   Roll log into paprika to coat the outside.

   Wrap logs in plastic wrap and keep in refrigerator to cool until time to serve.

   Serve with crackers.
