Fancy Egg Scramble

   In large skillet, cook Canadian bacon and onion in 3 tablespoons margarine until onion is tender, but not brown.

   Add eggs and scramble just until set.

   Fold mushrooms and cooked eggs into Cheese Sauce.

   Turn into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

   Combine melted margarine, crumbs and paprika; sprinkle atop eggs.

   Cover and chill.

   To serve, bake, uncovered in 350u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
