Fabulous Make-Ahead Party Potatoes(Make These Once, And You'Ll Be Famous For Them!)

   Peel, cube and cook potatoes until tender, 20 to 25 minutes. Drain well; mash until smooth, adding a little milk if necessary (a KitchenAid-type mixer works well).

   Mix cream cheese, sour cream and seasonings (except paprika) together.

   Taste for seasoning, adding what you think is necessary.

   Spoon into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish; sprinkle top with grated cheese, dots of butter and paprika. Cool, cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
