   Knead together the flour, hazelnuts, sugar, cocoa, oil, egg yolks, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

   Shape the dough into a ball and cover it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate the dough for approximately 40 minutes.

   Preheat the oven to 170C.

   Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/2 centimeter and use a round cookie cutter to cut out the cookies.

   Place the cookies on a wax paper-lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 13 minutes.

   Remove the cookies from the oven and cool them on a wire rack.
