Extra Special Peanut Butter Cereal Treats

   Spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

   In large bowl, combine cereal and 2 cups marshmallows; set aside.

   In 2-quart saucepan, bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil, stirring occasionally. Boil 1 minute, then remove from heat. Stir in Skippy(R) Creamy Peanut Butter until smooth. Pour peanut butter mixture over cereal; stir to coat. Evenly press into prepared pan. Top with chocolate, then remaining 2 cups marshmallows. Broil 10 seconds or until tops of marshmallows are golden; let cool. To serve, cut into squares.
