Exotic Fruit Salad

   On a large plate, place the orange slices on the outer edge around the entire plate.

   Place the pomegranate arils (separating the arils from the pulp is performed in a bowl of water, wherein arils sink and pulp floats) on the plate in the center of the plate inside of the orange slices.

   Optional - Squirt a minimal amount of lemon juice on the salad evenly to give it a not-too-sweet taste.

   Serve to guest or family or self or whoever -- .
