Drain the jackfruit and young coconut meat (reserving the syrups) and cut into 1/4'' strips. Place these into a large punch bowl.

Drain the coconut gel cubes and add them to the bowl. Drain the nipa palm fruit (reserving the syrup) and add it to the bowl too.

You should now have 3 tins of reserved syrup. Add an equal amount of these to the bowl - about half a cup each, more if you like the sweetness.

This will dilute the sweetness a bit. Add 4 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk to start, then a tablespoon at a time, stirring and tasting until it tastes as sweet as you like. I find I need around 8 tablespoons.

To serve, ladle out the drink into cups, making sure everyone gets some of everything.
