Epic Brownies

   **For a denser brownie, avoid stirring mixture too much

   Preheat oven to 350

   Grease and flour a 8x8 baking pan

   In a medium bowl, combine cocoa, flour, salt and baking powder.

   Whisk to mix ingredients

   In a mdeium saucepan, melt butter on low heat

   Remove from heat.

   Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla

   Stir in cocoa mixture and chocolate syrup

    Pour mixture into prepared pan

    Bake for 20-25 minutes (20 mins for a dense chewy brownie and 25+ for a cakey brownie)

    Cool in pan before cutting (recommend dipping spatula in hot water before cutting or oiling spatula....brownies are sticky & moist!)

    Store in an air tight container at room temp or in fridge

    **TOPPINGS** I never eat a brownie without toppings!
