1
Mix ingredients together in a stand mixer until a tacky batter forms. All of this barely fit in my mixer and I ended up having to mix it a little bit with a spoon to get the flour off the bottom. Just make sure everything is fully incorporated.
2
Spoon dough into 3 to 4 well-greased loaf pans. The original recipe called for 4 but I only had a need for 3 pans. Allow the bread to rise until it reaches the top of the pans.
3
Bake in an oven preheated to 350u00b0F for 35 minutes. Take the loaves out and brush butter across each of them.
4
Bake for an additional 10 minutes. Let bread rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
