flour, salt and pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. tomato juice
1 1/2 c. water
4 small onions
2 c. diced potatoes
3 carrots, sliced
3/4 c. celery

Dredge meat in seasoned flour.

Melt shortening in hot skillet and brown meat.
