Enchilada Bake

   Brown sausage, hamburger, and onion.

   Add corn and taco seasoning.

   Set aside.

   Mix refried beans with 1 cup enchilada sauce.

   Set aside.

   In a 9x11 pan coat bottom with 1/4 cup enchilada sauce.

   Make layer of tortillas in bottom of pan.

   Next add the hamburger mix as a layer.

   Next another layer of tortillas.

    Add a layer of enchilada sauce

    Layer the refried bean mix next.

    Then another layer of tortillas.

    Top with the remaining enchilada sauce and shredded cheese.

    Bake at 400 for 20 min or until cheese is bubbly.

    Serve with salsa and sour cream.
