Emily'S Terrific Toffee Bars

   Mix well the butter, sugar, brown sugar, salt, vanilla and eggs.

   Add and blend well the flour and oats.

   Bake 30 minutes at 350u00b0 in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

   Take out of oven and immediately place chocolate chips on top of bars.

   Wait 5 minutes and spread chips to completely cover bars.

   Add nuts.

   Cool and serve.
