3 tablespoons all-purpose flour (divided use)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
½ teaspoon dried thyme
1 cup chicken broth
3 tablespoons lemon juice

Coat chicken with the flour mixture, and set aside 4 1/2 tablespoons for the sauce.

Cook chicken in heated oil in a pan over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

In the same pan, sautee the chopped onion in the butter until tender.

Turn down the head adn add chicken back in pan.
