elaine's quick&easy peanut butter cookies

   preheat oven 325F

   mix all ingredients together

   lightly flour hands roll dough into 1inch balls.

   place on cookie sheet bake for6 to 9 mins.

   let cool on pan for a few mins.

   then transfer to cooling rack

   once cool u can store them in a gallon ziplock bag if they last that long.
