Eggs in a basket

   lightly toast one slice of white bread

   make a round hole in the center of the slice of bread

   cut a slice of ham and a sliceof chees into strips

   heat butterd pan to medium-high

5. 5

   carefully crack the egg into the pan making sure the yolk doesn't break

6. 6

   immediately salt and pepper to taste

7. 7

   quickly put the slice of bread on top of the egg and decorate with ketchup, cheese and ham

   cover the pan so that the cheese melts
