Egg White Cake With Sweet Apple

   Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Grease a bundt cake pan with margarine, and sprinkle with flour. Set aside.

   Beat the egg whites with a pinch of fine salt. Set aside.

   In a bowl, add sugar, oil, yogurt, and applesauce. Whisk for a few minutes until obtaining a fluffy cream. Add the flour and the baking powder, and mix well. Finally add one teaspoon of egg whites, and stir with a spoon from the bottom up without beating. Repeat this step until all the egg whites have been used.

   Pour the dough in the cake pan, and bake for 40 minutes, or until done.

   Check for doneness with a toothpick, remove from oven, and unmold.
