   1. In a frying pan, scramble two eggs over low heat.

   2. add small pieces of the cheese slices so as to blend it with the scambled eggs completely.

   3. keep tossing and slicing the mixture with a spatula for about 5 mins

   4. Add salt and black pepper

   5. Sandwitch the mixture within the bread slices

   6. serve with tomato sauce.
