   Toast your bread, can add a little butter if you like.

   Whip the egg white till you get peeks.

   dollop the egg white onto the toast making a small indention in the top for the egg yoke to rest inches.

   You can either bake at 350 for 5 mins or broil on high for a few mins depending on your taste.

   *You can add Canadian bacon between whipped whites and toast if you like, or replace toast with large shiitake mushroom.

   Also can sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
