Egg Noodles

   whisk eggs and milk together

   heat large fry pan or wok and spray with cooking spray

   use a third of the mixture at a time.

   pour into pan and tilt the pan to spread the mix out thin

   once mix is cooked on one side (should only take a minute or so) flip and cook the other side.

   try to keep in one piece but dont worry if it breaks your going to cut it into noodles soon

   once both sides are cooked try rolling it up and place on chopping board and cut about a centimeter wide
