Egg and Cheese

   Spray oven safe dish (I use pyrex) with non-stck spray.

   Place sliced cheese in a cicle or square.

   Crack egg (s) into the center.

   Cook in oven for 15-20 minute at 350 degrees F.

   Serve with toast.
