Educated Potatoes

   Combine cooked potatoes, margarine, milk, salt and pepper and mix.

   Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.

   Pour into medium size casserole dish.

   Cover with the cheese and bake at 375u00b0 for about 10 to 15 minutes.

   Do not overcook.

   You may add bacon bits, cubed ham or diced chicken for variation of flavor.
