Easy Vegetable Soup Recipe

   In heavy kettle or possibly Dutch oven brown meat using a small amount of fat.

   Add in tomatoes, onion and simmer 1 5minutes.

   Peel and cut up potato; add in.

   Slice celery; add in.

   Bring to boil.

   Cook about 15 min, then beat Large eggs.

   Add in salt, then flour; mix well.

   With fingers break off small pcs and add in to soup.

   When all have been added, cook about 10-15 min.
