Preheat the oven to anywhere between 180-200 degrees. Meanwhile lay out a puff pastry sheet and gather all your ingredients.

Begin to line your pastry with peanut butter. Next; sprinkle the cinnamon and the nutmeg evenly over the whole pastry - (you will probably need more if you sprinkle from the spoon) {I sprinkled with my hand and it is much easier}

Once you've done this, begin to roll the pastry until you reach the other end. Aim to make the roll as small as possible. Cut the pastry so they're all about 2-4cm in width. Sprinkle some flour onto the pastries.

Line a tray with baking paper and then spray the paper with a cooking spray. Line the peanut butter puffs 2 cm or further apart. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. If you want them crunchier or crispier leave them in for longer.

Take them out and then coat them with powdered sugar (however much you desire) and Enjoy!
