Easy Tortilla Bake

   Heat oven to 375u00b0.

   Grease a rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches.

   Line pan with tortillas, bringing edges up even to top of pan.

   Cook ground beef and onions in skillet.

   Drain.

   Stir in seasoning and tomato sauce.

   Spoon mixture onto tortillas.

   Beat milk, eggs and baking mix in blender on high speed for about 15 seconds.

   Pour over beef mixture.

    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before cutting.

    Serve with onions, shredded lettuce and sour cream.
